Wildflower Coffee Company

Q: Where do you source your beans?

 

A: Product procurement is handled by our roasting master and coffee specialist. Beans travel from many small farms all over the globe, spanning from Central and South America to Asia and Africa.

Q: What is your policy on returns?

 

A: If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we are happy to make it right. Please reach out to our customer support specialists at:

Q: Do you have a local shop I can visit?

 

A: We do not have a brick and mortar storefront currently available to the public.

Q: Is your honey certifiably organic?

 

A: Although our honey is organic as it gets, the FDA does not currently certify any honey raised in the USA as organic. Our honey is raised in the High Desert of Southern California.

Q: I would like to sell your coffee at my place of business. What is the process for this?

 

A: We happily welcome anyone who wishes to partner with us, whether they be vendors, retailers, individuals, or shops. If you would like to establish a wholesale account, please email: wholesale@wildflowercoffee.co to find out how.

Q: I purchased coffee on a different platform. Can I return it here?

 

A: Unfortunately, our systems cannot yet process returns through alternate platforms. Please go through the channel that you made the original purchase. If you are unable to find resolution, please reach out to our customer support specialists and they will do all they can to make your experience a better one.

Q: Do you sell other products besides coffee and honey?
